Download MonteGO, allow location access and type where you want to go. Pick Taxi for a city ride or Transfer for longer trips, then tap Request. The nearest licensed driver accepts and you follow them live on the map.
For intercity trips you name your own price. Send an offer and nearby drivers respond within minutes. You see each driver's rating and distance, and you choose who to ride with.
Yes. The fare is shown before you book and there is no haggling. The only exception on taxi rides is heavy traffic: if the trip runs noticeably longer than the estimated time, a small time-based difference may be added at the end of the ride. Transfers have no such adjustment; the price is the offer you agreed on and it stays fixed.
You pay the driver directly at the end of the ride, in cash or by card. MonteGO does not process payments inside the app, so nothing is ever charged to you without your knowledge.
Yes, all of them. Every MonteGO driver is a fully licensed professional. Documents are verified before a driver can accept a single ride, and vehicles are insured for passenger transport.

Yes. Rides can be scheduled up to 10 days in advance, including round trips. Your ride appears under Upcoming and you get a notification when a driver is assigned.
